Another thing to consider is the comfort and softness of a toilet paper. It think everybody should use a toilet paper that is soft and gentle to your skin. Nobody likes getting a rash or some other skin irritation, especially when camping and traveling.

You should always consider getting a toilet paper that is environmentally-friendly like the ones that are biodegradable and made of recycled materials.

The first thing that I’ve noticed about this product is how strong but at the same time soft and gentle it is. Usually toilet papers made out of single layer paper are weak and break at the seams easily but this toilet paper did not. Who would’ve thought that a single layer toilet paper can be this strong?
The downside of 1 ply toilet paper is that you will spend it faster than thicker toilet papers. Thankfully, it is so absorbent so you’re probably not going to use it that much. However, I still think you should consider getting bigger package with more rolls for longer trips so you won’t end up without toilet paper.
The manufacturer claims that it is rapid-dissolving toilet paper that breaks up 4 times faster than other brands. Although I cannot confirm this claim, I can can definitely confirm that it dissolves very quickly. It is also septic and sewer safe so you don’t need to worry about your septic system or tank clogging. With this toilet paper, clogs will no longer be your problem.
Versatility is another key selling point of Scott’s Rapid-Dissolving Toilet Paper since it can also be used in boats, busses and other similar applications. You can also choose between two varieties-toilet paper or bath tissues.
All in all this is definitely one of the best toilet papers for RV toilet and similar systems.

This is another toilet paper that is specially designed for recreational vehicles and marine sanitation systems. However, it can also be used with all kinds of toilets and not just RV toilets and similar systems.
Moreover, it is 100% biodegradable so you don’t have to worry about environment in case you need to dispose it in other ways instead of a toilet.
Since it is a 2 ply toilet paper, I’ve thought that it would to be thicker but it’s not. It is maybe even too thin for 2 ply toilet paper so you will probably end up doubling or tripling up when you use it. Thankfully, it comes in package of 4 so I think it will be enough for a couple of days of camping, maybe even more.
Thetford Aqua-Soft Toilet Tissue justifies the word ‘’soft’’ in its name. It is less soft in comparison some other alternatives like Scott but I think that most people will be satisfied. It has a good absorption but breaks up very easily in contact with liquid.

If you don’t want to spend too much on a toilet paper for your recreational vehicle, but still want to avoid clogs in your rv toilet, then Camco is a another good choice for you. Camco is a popular brand famous for various products that have great value for money so it was only right to try this product too.
Camco RV Bathroom Toilet Tissue is another product specially designed for RV and marine sanitation systems. It is a 1 ply toilet paper that doesn’t have any chemicals, dyes or perfume so it will be gentle to your skin and you don’t have to worry about skin irritation.
If you think that 1 ply toilet paper is too thin for you, Camco also offers this same product in 2 ply variant. However, it only comes in a package of 4 rolls that are on the thinner and shorter side so you should definitely buy more if you don’t want to end up without a toilet paper during your trip.
One of the downsides of this product is that it dissolves much slower than other products I’ve tried, so you shouldn’t use too much until you’ve tested it for your RV toilet or similar system.

Seventh Generation Toilet Paper made with 100% recycled paper is a 2 ply toilet paper that is free of any dyes, inks or fragrances, making it a perfect choice for people with sensitive skin. Moreover, it is also free of chlorine so it won’t do any harm on your RV toilet septic tank.
The Seventh Generation Toilet Paper is not only hypoallergenic but soft too, providing you a maximum comfort. Actually, it is softer than Scott’s but not as soft as Charmin Ultra Soft. Despite its softness it is pretty strong and it doesn’t tear that easily.

The one thing that I wasn’t satisfied is absorption. It is not the worst on this list but it is not that great too.

Charmin Ultra Soft toilet paper is one of the fastest dissolving toilet papers that I’ve tried. When I did the water dissolving test with all the products from this list, Charmin Ultra Soft was one of the first to dissolve after an hour.
Although it is not labeled as designed for RV toilets and other similar systems, it is clog-safe and septic-safe so definitely won’t have any problems with clogs and use in your recreational vehicle toilet or similar systems.
The package contains 24 mega 2 ply rolls that are so big that they probably won’t fit most of the toilet paper holders. The manufacturer claims that it is 2 times absorbent then their previous products as well as other similar products on the market. The great absorption along with the size of rolls make this toilet paper both very economical and a great value for your money.
It is also both strong and soft so you don’t need to fold it more to add cushion and make it feel softer.
This is definitely one of those products that is going to last you long so you don’t have to worry about being without a toilet paper in your camping trailer or recreational vehicle.
